As a New Englander, I am fond of natural landscapes and gravitate to nature for enjoyment and reflection at all times of year. I watch its changing patterns with fascination and observe or imagine life's moments playing out in the shifting light.
When I shoot my images I look for unplanned moments outdoors where natural light and circumstance present unusual beauty. At sunrise,
late in the day and in turbulent changing weather, I pursue natural light's transitory impression to capture the instant of perfect beauty before it turns back into the ordinary.
Today my artwork is found in galleries, restaurants and fine shops near Boston and in the Upper Valley region of NH and VT.
I once pursued a career in the computer industry with a masters in Communications from the University of Wisconsin, bachelor's from Connecticut College and the rest from the school of life.
